This course is for adults who are looking for a less restrictive, simple but effective approach to managing their IBS. This program is also perfect for parents or caregivers with a child or teen with IBS.
This program is designed to take about 12 weeks to complete, however you have the option to continue the membership paying $40 per month for as long as you would like access.

Yes! The learning modules are self-directed videos. However, you will have access to our private group community to ask questions and an opportunity to join our biweekly group support calls!
